Super Secret Steak Rub

4 Tsp. Kosher Salt

1 Tbsp. Fresh Ground Pepper

1 Tsp. Thyme

1 Tsp. Oregano

1 Tsp Paprika

Olive Oil

Fresh finely chopped garlic

Rub steaks with olive oil and finely chopped garlic, then liberally use dry rub all over the meat. Hint: The fresh olive oil I use is from this source.
